TBG Colour Matching Cabinet is used for visual inspection of any colour material like textile, paper, paint, ink, Plastic etc. Standard Light sources are used for accurate testing and inspection. Colour Matching Cabinet is made of Ply Board or MS Sheet as per availability at the time of delivery. This Light Box is also known as Shade Matching Booth.

• Standard booths are made for connection to a electrical supply 210-250 volts, 50 HZ, single phase AC supply.

‘TBG’ instrument have sample holding grip arrangement and there is an arrangement for compression loading on the test specimen. The compression loading arrangement has the movement with the help of the motor, gear box, and screw mechanism. There is a load cell attached to the loading probe which sense the load and display on the digital display.

The instrument made on a horizontal platform. There is a gear motor fixed on the platform, the gear motor is connecting to the driving roller. When the motor rotate the roller pull the paper strip. The paper strip passes through a horizontal platform. There is a cylindrical tube arrangement for putting lipstick under test. The location of the lipstick will be above the horizontal platform.

Scratch Hardness Tester is an instrument which is used to verify the surface hardness of paint and varnish coatings with respect to their scratch resistance capacity. These products are available with a test panel, which is clamped driven by constant speed while needle scratches the surface. The instrument is commonly used in laboratories for quality control and experimental purposes for various fields like Paint, Ink, Oil, and Petroleum & Powder Coating Industries.

Designed to meet the scratch test requirements described in method of Test for Paints BS 3900 Part E2 / ISO 1518 1992, BS 6497 (when used with 4kg), and may be adapted to suit other specifications such as ASTM D5178 1991 Mar resistance of Organic Coatings and ECCA- T11 (1985) Metal Marking Resistance Test.
